每张门票包含什么？
The Palace ticket admits you to the Reception Halls — the grand staircase, Karl XI's Gallery, Hedvig Eleonora's State Bedchamber and the other state rooms — at any time during opening hours on your chosen date. The combined ticket adds the Chinese Pavilion, open in the summer season. Both are emailed to you as e-tickets.
入场时间是固定的吗？
不需要。您的门票在您所选日期的开放时间内任意时段均可入场一次——5月至9月为10:00–17:00，10月至4月的开放日为10:00–16:00。入场后可随意停留。
中国宫是否常年开放？
不可以。中国 Pavilion 是夏季景点：6月至8月每日开放，5月和9月的周末开放，10月至4月关闭。在 Pavilion 季节之外，我们的日历不提供联票。
儿童需要门票吗？
6 岁及以下儿童在一名成人陪同下免费入场，无需门票。7 岁及以上均需购票。
我可以凭此门票参观 Palace Theatre 吗？
不可以。Drottningholm Palace Theatre 建于1766年，由独立机构运营，拥有自己的导览和演出，需通过剧院本身预订。它不包含在我们的门票内。
从斯德哥尔摩怎么去？
乘坐地铁（T-bana）至 Brommaplan，换乘公交车到 Drottningholms slott 站——从市中心出发约30–45分钟。请在 SL app 中购买 SL 车票；Drottningholm 不售票。夏季，观光船从 City Hall 旁的 Stadshuskajen 出发，穿越 Lake Mälaren 的约一小时风景航程。
我将如何收到门票？
预订后，我们为您购买入场券，并通过电子邮件发送手机/可打印电子票。请在参观日期在宫殿入口出示。所有销售均为最终销售；如果宫殿本身无法在您所选日期接待您，将全额退款。
需要预留多长时间？
参观 Reception Halls 约需1–1.5小时，另加免费公园的时间，夏季还有中国 Pavilion——轻松的半天行程。从斯德哥尔摩市中心乘地铁和公交车单程另加30–45分钟。
